Can I check in before 2:00 PM?
Early check-in is available if the room is ready. Just let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is usually no extra charge.
What is included in the room rate?
Your rate includes: accommodation, WiFi, air conditioning, hot water, housekeeping (twice weekly), pool access, shared kitchen use, towels and linens. No hidden fees.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes! 7+ nights gets you 10% off, 14+ nights 20% off, and monthly stays up to 40% off. Discounts are applied automatically when you book.
Is the homestay family-friendly?
Absolutely! The Family Room comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 children. We offer a free baby cot on request. The pool has a shallow section for kids, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD, VND), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due at check-in.
